Integration Services: EU Technical Consultant

As a Technical Consultant, you will be part of the Veeva Systems Professional Services group, providing consulting and technical architecture design on project teams implementing Veeva Vault R&D applications and Vault Platform cloud solutions for the life sciences industry.

In this role, you will guide customer implementations by offering expertise in solution architecture, technical integration design, and Vault Platform best practices. You will act as a customer advocate, collaborating with Veeva teams (Services, Product, Sales, Strategy) to ensure customer success now and in the future.

This is a remote, full-time, permanent position with Veeva. The role is customer-facing, with no specific work location requirement, provided you are near an airport and can meet travel requirements. Short visits to European customer sites are likely.

What You'll Do

• Provide subject matter expertise on Veeva Systems implementation, Vault R&D product suite, Vault Platform, technical design, and SaaS best practices
• Design and implement cloud-based integrations
• Develop custom applications and provide expertise in their development
• Implement Java-based solutions using the Vault Java SDK
• Contribute to our professional services knowledge base
• Create tools to assist customers and consultants
• Partner with other teams to deliver technical presentations demonstrating Veeva’s solutions

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in integration architecture, design, and development for enterprise/cloud software or document/content management systems
• 3+ years customer-facing technical consulting experience
• 3+ years development experience in Java, .NET, Python, C#, or C++
• Experience building cloud solutions and interfaces using REST APIs
• Excellent presentation skills
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Ability to articulate integration design patterns
• Willingness to travel up to 10%

Nice to Have

• Experience in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry
• Knowledge of Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, or Safety processes
• Experience with GxP regulations and software validation
• Familiarity with source code control systems
• Experience with AWS tools like Lambda and EC2
• Participation in health & wellness programs
