Qualifications

• Proficient in PACS integration with HR/identity platforms (Workday, AD/Entra ID).
• Ability to feed badge events into payroll/ERP systems (SAP, UKG, ADP).
• OT/plant network design and security hardening, including segmentation and device certificates.

Technical Expert 2 — Integration & Security Architecture Engineer

Key note- Candidate should be -OT -Operation Technology AND PLANT NETWORK EXPERTISE and not IT operations )

• API integration expertise: REST, webhooks/event streaming, OAuth 2.0 — specifically PACS event feeds (OnGuard OpenAccess, Genetec SDK, C CURE APIs)
• Experience integrating PACS with HR/identity systems (Workday, Active Directory/Entra ID) for automated on/offboarding
• Experience feeding badge events into payroll/T&A/ERP (SAP, UKG, ADP) — your time-validation requirement
• OT/plant network expertise: segmentation, firewalls, PoE design, connecting security devices in industrial networks
• Cybersecurity hardening of physical security systems: device certificates, encryption, patching, tamper protection
• Data privacy compliance for video/badge data (GDPR, regional data residency)
• ISO 27001/27002 and ISO 22340 working knowledge to translate controls into system configuration
• Scripting/automation skills (Python, PowerShell) for data migration and bulk cardholder operations
• Vendor technical evaluation skills — can pressure-test RFI/RFP responses and run proof-of-concept testing
