Job summary

Cincinnati Children’s is seeking an experienced professional to support governance and organization integration within the AC Quality Outcomes & Evidence department. You will prepare leadership materials, decision-support resources, and briefing content to enable productive leadership discussions.

The role combines operational, financial, clinical, and workforce data into leadership-ready performance summaries, supports planning activities, and helps align priorities across units.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of related experience.
  • Experience in healthcare operations, enterprise project support, consulting, analytics, or strategic coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Facilitation – Facilitates established governance and organization leadership processes while ensuring discussions are well prepared, organized, and effectively supported. Prepares leadership materials, decision support resources, and briefing content that enable productive organization discussions. Integrates information from multiple organizational sources to support informed leadership decision‑making. Identifies opportunities to improve governance processes and Organization System Integration methods through practical experience.
  • System Visibility & Awareness– Integrates operational, financial, clinical, quality, workforce, and strategic information into leadership‑ready materials and organization performance summaries. Synthesizes information from multiple sources to highlight meaningful organizational patterns, trends, and dependencies. Prepares organization performance reviews that support productive leadership discussions and informed organizational decisions. Identifies opportunities to strengthen organization performance monitoring through improved integration, organization, and presentation of information. Supports leadership teams in developing a common understanding of organization performance through clear and meaningful synthesis
  • Coordination & Integration– Supports organization prioritization processes by preparing leadership discussions, integrating information, and coordinating planning activities. Connects organization priorities with operational planning, improvement initiatives, and implementation activities across multiple organizational areas. Identifies organizational dependencies, competing priorities, and opportunities to improve alignment. Maintains visibility of organization priorities as work progresses across governance, planning, and implementation activities. Recommends practical improvements that strengthen coordination between organization priorities and organizational execution.
  • Leadership Process Support– Connects leaders, initiatives, and workstreams requiring coordination across organizational boundaries. Identifies organizational dependencies, communication needs, and potential barriers to coordinated execution. Facilitates communication across leadership teams to maintain alignment throughout planning and implementation. Supports coordination of organization initiatives by ensuring information, decisions, and next steps remain connected. Identifies practical opportunities to strengthen cross‑system coordination through continuous improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement– Capture lessons learned from organizational initiatives. Recommend refinements to governance and integration processes. Support development of standardized frameworks and tools. Contribute to improved organizational coordination capabilities.
