Job summary

Overview

Leads and guides personnel assigned to MCCT-related tasks and manages MCCT project performance, ensuring quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact to assigned PdL APM.
• Submit all weekly TADSS updates and usage reports (weekly & quarterly), and oversee scheduling administration and monitoring of daily activities.
• Respond to all MCCT PdL-related TDLs.
• Provide immediate responsiveness to the assigned PdL APM for information/reporting requirements and changes in portfolio or status.
• Support PMO with TDP development aligned with PdL.
• Oversee TDP performance and maintain quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate issue resolution at the PdL level.

Required Experience

• Experience leading and guiding personnel assigned to CST-related tasks.
• Experience managing CST project performance and ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Experience serving as the primary point of contact to assigned PdL APM.
• Experience submitting weekly TADSS updates, usage reports, overseeing scheduling administration, and monitoring daily activities.
• Experience responding to CST PdL-related TDLs and providing responsiveness to PdL APM.
• Experience supporting PMO with TDP development aligned with PdL.
• Experience overseeing TDP performance and maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Experience coordinating issue resolution at the PdL level.

Education & Experience

(2+ BA/BS or 1+ MA/MS) or (4+ AA) or (6+ No Degree).

Active and current U.S. Secret Clearance.

Physical Requirements

Light work: exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, up to 10 pounds frequently, or negligible force constantly to move objects.

Working Conditions

Primarily in an office environment with occasional travel to outside environments at government locations ranging from hot and dry to cold and humid. PPE required to mitigate environmental and safety hazards.
