  • Drive new product development by defining clear business requirements and coordinating cross-functional teams—including analysts, developers, and subject matter experts—to create best-fit, integrated product solutions.
  • Communicate product information effectively to stakeholders, including roadmaps, specifications, value propositions, and competitive intelligence, while establishing cross-departmental alliances to support product initiatives and reporting to the PMO.

  • Lead the development and implementation of a future-oriented product strategy and roadmap, grounded in an understanding of IHG’s business operations, customer insights, market dynamics, competition, and distribution capabilities. This includes identifying and delivering both incremental enhancements and transformative, game-changing functionalities to maintain and advance IHG’s competitive position.

  • Ideal candidates will have strong experience leading roadmap development in the hospitality or travel industry. A minimum of 2 years leading end-to-end product lifecycles from ideation through development, launch, and post-launch performance evaluation is preferred.
