We're looking for an Integration Engineering Lead to join our Business Technology team. In this role, you will:
- Design and deliver scalable integration solutions connecting core business systems like NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday, Snowflake, and others.
- Lead integration architecture discussions, mentor engineers, and evolve our integration platform strategy for a global, fast-scaling organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Build and maintain integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including configuring connectors, APIs, and custom components.
- Test, debug, and troubleshoot integrations to ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability.
- Establish best practices for the integration engineering team and help elevate our standards to meet public company benchmarks.
- Work with the Workday HRIS team on Studio integrations to and from our Workday instance.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical leadership within the team.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years in software development, with at least 5+ years hands-on experience with Mulesoft.
- Mulesoft Platform Architect / Developer certification.
- Experience leading large-scale integration projects and collaborating with diverse technical teams.
- Strong understanding of API design, RESTful architecture, SOAP, XML, JSON.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, SAP, Workday, or other enterprise systems.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with SOX & ITGCs and their impact on integration engineering.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of API security protocols like OAuth, JWT, SAML.
- Background in Data Science or Data Engineering, especially in data pipelines and analytics support.
