Job summary

Futurex is building a team of Integration Engineers to test enterprise-grade data encryption hardware and document integrations with third-party applications. The role focuses on solving complex technical puzzles and distilling them into clear documentation for diverse audiences.

A strong foundation in IT, debugging, and writing is essential. The Integration Engineer will collaborate with other engineers to validate features across Linux/Windows environments, work with protocols like PKCS #11,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (technical field preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing reliable documentation.
• Desirable: 2+ years in cybersecurity, 2+ years in enterprise B2B technical writing, network fluency (TCP/IP).
• Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems; scripting skills are a plus (Python, Perl, Bash).

Responsibilities

• Test and document integrations with third-party applications and hardware.
• Deep dive into protocols and APIs (PKCS #11, KMIP, CNG) to optimize integration with external systems.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and collaborate with teammates to resolve roadblocks.
• Document features, findings, and testing results for internal and external audiences.
• Write user-focused technical documentation to ease understanding for colleagues and users.
