The Programmer Analyst at The International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans designs, develops, implements, and supports enterprise integrations across cloud-based and on‑premise systems. It leverages APIs, data movement, and messaging to ensure secure, reliable connectivity throughout the SDLC.

The role emphasizes Git‑based source control, Azure DevOps practices, and collaboration with internal teams and consulting partners to advance modern integration architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience using Azure DevOps, or comparable development tools.
• Experience developing and supporting enterprise integrations across cloud and on‑premise systems.
• Experience using APIs, middleware, service integration, messaging, and system connectivity.
• Experience developing ETL, data transformation, synchronization, and batch or real-time processing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and support cloud-based and on‑premise integrations across enterprise systems.
• Configure and maintain APIs, integration components, data movement, messaging, and connectivity.
• Develop ETL, data transformation, synchronization, and batch/real-time processing solutions.
• Support reporting and data solutions required by operational applications and integrations.
• Troubleshoot integration and data issues across enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with partners and internal teams on architecture and knowledge transfer.
• Manage source code via Git‑based repositories with branching, PRs, and reviews.
• Apply Azure DevOps best practices for work tracking, builds, testing, and release.
• Support platform administration and readiness for integration technologies (Azure Service Bus, etc).
• Create and maintain technical documentation and development standards.
