Job summary

Novalink Solutions LLC is seeking an NC FAST Integration Engineer to join our data integration team in Raleigh, NC. The role focuses on creating real-time, on-demand, batch, and scheduled interfaces between internal and external systems using IIB/ACE, MuleSoft or Boomi.

The candidate will gather requirements, design and implement integration solutions, and support go-live and post-implementation activities, leveraging cloud platforms and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Experience with data modeling, APIs and ETL processes, data cleansing, and data refreshes.
• Experience with integration via web services, API, and ETL management.
• Hands-on design, development and implementation with IBM IIB/ACE or MuleSoft or Boomi.
• Strong cloud and microservices architecture experience.
• Hands-on experience building integration patterns, processes, APIs, and deployment.
• Hands-on experience in Databases, PL/SQL and Linux.
• Experience with messaging, caching, complex mapping, branching, and parallel processing.
• Knowledge of data formats JSON, XML, CSV, and Flat Files.
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging.
• AWS cloud experience highly desirable.
• Java or Python programming proficiency.

Job Description

seeks highly technical resources to serve as Data Integration, API, and ETL developers responsible for creating real-time, on-demand, batch, and scheduled data interfaces and processing between internal and external systems and applications.

This Integration/Interface Engineer position must be well-organized and able to manage multiple technical, business, and testing efforts. Duties include requirements gathering, solution design and implementation, and supporting go‑live and post‑implementation activities

Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with IBM Integration Bus (IIB)/App Connect Enterprise (ACE) and/or MuleSoft or Boomi
• Proficiency in Java and/or Python programming.
• Experience with enterprise integration patterns, REST/SOAP web services, JMS, MQ, XML, JSON, and API development.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized application deployment.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure.
• Solid understanding of system integration, enterprise architecture principles, technical sizing, scalability, and high availability.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and version control tools such as Git.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

In addition to IIB/ACE experience, preference will be given to candidates with experience designing and developing integration solutions using MuleSoft. Experience with integrator/deployment tools such as TeamCity and various DevOps tools including SonarQube, deployment tools such as Ant/Maven, SCM tools like Bitbucket, and testing automation tools such as TOSCA and Selenium is also desired.
