Our client is seeking experienced Integration Developers to join their team on a contract basis and support one of three high-impact healthcare integration projects. These roles require deep expertise in either Affinity, Soarian Financials, or Cloverleaf with Rhapsody. As a member of the integration team, you’ll work in a collaborative environment supporting critical systems that directly impact operational success. This is a great opportunity to make a measurable difference on a major initiative in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

• Location: Remote in US working Pacific Time Zone hours
• Pay Rate: $65-75/hour W2 only
• No Visa Sponsorship Available for this role

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between clinical, financial, and administrative systems.
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into integration solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data exchange, message processing, and system connectivity.
• Ensure all interfaces meet technical, security, and performance standards.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment of new or modified interfaces.
• Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
• Participate in upgrade planning and cutover activities related to assigned platforms.

What Gets You the Job:

• Proven experience with at least one of the following: Affinity, Soarian Financials, or Cloverleaf with Rhapsody.
• Strong knowledge of HL7, FHIR, and other healthcare integration standards and protocols.
• Hands-on experience with interface engines, message transformation, and routing.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in healthcare or hospital systems integration projects preferred.
