Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of development experience with Azure Cloud solutions and external integrations in tolling projects.
• Strong knowledge of Azure government and commercial cloud platforms, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain enterprise integrations using C#, .NET, and Azure Cloud.
• Build RESTful APIs, microservices, middleware, and reusable integration frameworks.
• Integrate SAP, Dynamics 365 CRM, IVR systems, payment gateways, and external applications.
• Develop Azure Functions using HTTP, Service Bus, timer, and blob triggers.
• Implement Azure Service Bus queues, topics, subscriptions, sessions, and dead-letter queues.
• Perform JSON/XML transformations, data validation, and data mapping.
• Design and optimize IVR solutions for tolling customer interactions and operational efficiency.
• Optimize high-volume data processing, system performance, and integration workflows.
• Apply secure API design, SOLID principles, clean coding practices, and secure development standards.
• Prepare technical designs, architecture diagrams, test plans, test scripts, and implementation documentation.
• Follow standards, policies, procedures, and documentation requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of development experience involving Azure Cloud solutions, IVR systems, and external integrations, specifically in tolling projects.
• Strong understanding of Azure government and commercial cloud platforms, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
• Experience designing and implementing integrations with toll collection systems, traffic management systems, and other external platforms.
• Strong hands‑on experience with C#, .NET 8+ or supported .NET LTS versions, and ASP.NET Core Web API.
• Experience with Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, REST APIs, and microservices.

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience developing complex integrations for high-volume organizations using SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, and Azure Cloud.
• Prior experience with Pennsylvania Turnpike tolling solutions is highly desirable.
• Experience with IVR design, development, and optimization in tolling or similar customer‑facing environments.
• Knowledge of tolling industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
