Job summary

360 IDE is seeking a senior integration engineer to design and deliver enterprise integrations using .NET, C#, Azure, and tolling platforms. Remote work with occasional PA travel is available.

You will build secure REST APIs, microservices, and middleware, integrating toll collection and traffic management systems while ensuring performance and reliability. A strong Azure background and 10+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software development and complex enterprise integrations, preferably involving tolling projects.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure government and commercial cloud platforms, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
• Extensive experience integrating external systems, particularly toll collection and traffic management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise integrations using Microsoft .NET, C#, Azure, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, IVR, middleware, and document storage solutions.
• Analyze integration architectures, assess high-volume processing options, leverage open APIs, and minimize data replication.
• Develop secure REST APIs, microservices, middleware, and integrations with toll collection systems, payment gateways, backend databases, and traffic management systems.
• Build and optimize Azure cloud integrations and IVR solutions to improve customer interactions, system performance, and operational efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement in data flows, integration reliability, and solution performance.
• Maintain technical and functional designs, architecture diagrams, test plans, test scripts, impact analyses, and other documentation in accordance with Commission standards, policies, and procedures.

Required Technical Skills

• 10+ years of experience with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Azure cloud hosting, and high-volume enterprise integrations.
• Strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET 8+ or supported .NET LTS versions, and ASP.NET Core Web API.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs, microservices, custom middleware, reusable components, shared libraries, and integration frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Functions using HTTP, Service Bus, timer, and blob triggers.
• Strong knowledge of Azure Service Bus queues, topics, subscriptions, sessions, and dead-letter queues.
• Experience with JSON/XML transformation, validation, data mapping, and secure API design.
• Knowledge of clean coding principles, SOLID design patterns, and secure coding standards.
• Hands-on experience designing, developing, and optimizing IVR systems, preferably in tolling or similar customer-facing environments.
• Understanding of tolling industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
