Job summary

Column Case Management is seeking an experienced Integration / Interface Engineer to design, implement, and support data flows across client and internal systems. You will build integrations, consume REST/SOAP APIs, and manage secure file transfers in a remote work setting.

The role requires 2+ years in integration work, strong SQL, and scripting abilities. You will collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to ensure reliable data exchange and secure, scalable integrations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years building integrations between systems and APIs.
• Strong SQL skills with PostgreSQL/MySQL/MSSQL or equivalents.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and/or SOAP services.
• Comfortable working in Linux environments.
• Experience with scripting/automation (shell or similar).
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical teams.

Column Case Management is hiring an Experienced Integration / Interface Engineer to build and support system integrations for our case management platform. You’ll design/consume APIs, automate secure file transfers, and troubleshoot data flow issues across client and internal systems.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and support secure FTP/SFTP file transfers
• Write SQL queries and support database-related integration work
• Troubleshoot integration failures and resolve data issues
• Automate repeatable tasks (scripts, cron, etc.)
• Follow security best practices for data transfer and storage

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years building integrations (APIs and file-based interfaces)
• Strong SQL skills (PostgreSQL/MySQL/MSSQL or similar)
• Experience with REST APIs (design + consumption)
• Comfortable in Linux environments
• Experience scripting/automation (shell or similar)
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical teams

Nice to Have

• Java/JavaScript or Python experience
• Experience with Pentaho (or similar ETL/integration tools)
• Familiarity with encryption / secure transfer standard

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
