Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking an Integration Center Associate – HLM in New Jersey to support a large team in completing customer orders.

You will assist technicians with unboxing, setup, and processing of computer hardware, reporting to the Integration Center Manager. Responsibilities include receiving and processing inbound inventory, packing and kitting, processing shipments, and maintaining status updates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics AX for ERP tasks such as order tracking and inventory management.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to support productivity.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process inbound inventory using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Unpacking, packing, and kitting of hardware and components.
• Process shipments using WMS.
• Complete inventory transfers using WMS and SharePoint Forms.
• Removal of trash and packaging materials.
• Box and package items.
• Provide email updates of status for customer orders as requested by management.
• Collaborate with Integration Center Techs to complete tasks.

Job Summary

The Integration Center Associate – HLM is an entry level position working within a large team to complete customer orders. The Associate will assist technicians with unboxing, setup, kitting, labeling, and processing of various computer hardware and components. This position reports to the Integration Center Manager.

Role Description

• Receive and process inbound inventory using the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Unpacking, packing, and kitting of hardware and components
• Process shipments using WMS
• Complete inventory transfers using WMS and SharePoint Forms
• Removal of trash, such as device packaging
• Box and Package
• Provide email updates of the status for customer orders as requested by management
• Collaborate with Integration Center Techs to complete tasks

• Familiarity in using Microsoft Dynamics AX for enterprise resource planning, including tasks such as order tracking, inventory management, and financial reporting.

• Ability to move or lift up to 30 lbs
• Ability to travel 10%

Salary & Benefits

• The estimated annual pay range for this position is $35,360 - $45,000 which includes a base salary.
• The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
• Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
