Required Skills:

Integration & Automation Lead Responsibilities:

  1. Lead architecture and design of complex systems that cut across multiple domains of internal and external systems integrations in a highly collaborative cross-functional environment.

  2. Collaborate with Product management, Systems Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to assess viability of platforms, new product features, new processes and put together a systems architecture for integrations processes and systems internally and externally.

  3. Identify opportunities and technologies that improve process efficiency or user experience, develop a plan to validate and mature new technologies, and collaborate with cross-functional team to integrate new solutions.

  4. Collaborate with system program management to assess and develop project schedule and milestones as well as identify risks and mitigation plan.

  5. Optimize architecture for throughput, performance and data integrity.

  6. Drive resolution of technical issues by working with the cross-functional teams, such as Operational teams, Technology teams, CM/JDM partners and vendors.

  7. Track development and test progress toward implementation schedule, fix issues and drive changes to design based on resolution.

  8. Telecommute from anywhere in the U.S. permitted.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Employer requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Technology, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field and 10 years of work experience in job offered or in a manufacturing, technical, or supply-related occupation

  2. Experience must include 10 years of experience in the following:

    1. Supply chain operations
    1. EDI/API solutions
    1. Ansi X12, EDIFACT, RosettaNET, JSON, and Avro
    1. Transport protocols: REST, AS2, and SFTP
    1. Supply chain functional areas: Assemble to Order, Build to Order, Build to Forecast-Ship to Order, Direct Ship, Drop Ship, Manufacturing Execution Systems, Systems Integration/EDI, Logistics and Trade Compliance, Order Management, Factory Planning and Scheduling, Manufacturing Quality, Product Data Management, and NPI
    1. Databases and SQL
    1. High-volume consumer electronics
    1. Bringing new products to market
    1. Building internal and external customer relationships and delivering business value

Public Compensation:

$283,800/year to $295,152/year + bonus + equity + benefits
