Job summary

Everforth Apex seeks an experienced Integration Architect to design, lead, and deliver enterprise integration solutions across customer engagement, contact center, and digital platforms. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years designing and delivering enterprise integration solutions.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end integration architectures for customer engagement, contact center, and digital experiences.
• Define and implement integration patterns using REST APIs, event-driven architectures, WebSockets, and asynchronous messaging.
• Architect scalable, secure, cloud-native solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Develop architecture artifacts using ArchiMate and other modeling techniques.
• Lead architecture and integration efforts involving Genesys Cloud CX APIs, Data Actions, and Architect Flows.
• Serve as Technical Lead providing design reviews and oversight for dev teams.
• Mentor developers and junior architects; ensure security, governance, and standards compliance.

This individual will be responsible for architecting scalable, secure, and resilient solutions leveraging the Genesys Cloud CX Platform, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and modern API-driven integration technologies. The ideal candidate possesses expertise in Genesys Cloud, REST API integration, and cloud-native architectures, along with technical leadership skills. This role requires hands-on architecture experience and the ability to guide development teams.Key Responsibilities* Design end-to-end integration architectures supporting customer engagement, contact center, and digital experiences.* Define and implement integration patterns utilizing REST APIs, event-driven architectures, WebSockets, and asynchronous messaging.* Architect scalable, highly available, and secure cloud-native solutions leveraging Google Cloud Platform services.* Develop conceptual, logical, and physical architecture artifacts using ArchiMate and other enterprise architecture modeling techniques.* Lead architecture and integration efforts involving the Genesys Cloud CX platform, including APIs, Data Actions, and Architect Flows.* Serve as Technical Lead for integration initiatives, providing architecture guidance, design reviews, and technical oversight for development teams.* Mentor developers, engineers, and junior architects.* Ensure solutions comply with established enterprise architecture, security, cloud, and integration standards.* Participate in architecture review and governance processes.Required Qualifications**Education:** A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience is required.**Experience:** A minimum of 7 years of experience designing and delivering enterprise integration solutions is required. A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX is required.
