Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking a senior Enterprise Integration Architect to lead end-to-end integration patterns across APIs, batch processes, events and data services. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher and 10+ years in enterprise integration, with strong GCP experience and MDM interfaces.

You will define contracts, security, and monitoring while shaping integrations for healthcare domains and reference data. On-site collaboration from Florham Park, NJ is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise integration with API and event experience.
• Cloud integration on GCP with downstream systems.
• Experience with Informatica MDM interfaces is a strong plus.
• Security, idempotency, replay and reconciliation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end integration patterns for APIs, batch, events, pipelines, and data services.
• Define source/target contracts, interfaces, SLAs, error handling, retry, idempotency, and reconciliation.
• Design integrations for Patient/Person/Provider, Location, terminology and reference data domains.
• Define event patterns for create, update, merge, split, retirement, and reference-data changes.
• Ensure downstream synchronization is auditable and replayable; prevent point-to-point proliferation.
• Review authentication, authorization, encryption, and PHI/PII handling for integrations.
• Support integration performance testing, cutover and operational monitoring.

Job description

A Bachelor’s or Higher Degree is the minimum entry required for the position

Own integration architecture across source systems (Epic, ELMS, Oracle ERP/HR/Finance, terminology), Informatica MDM, TopBraid, Collibra, GCP and downstream consumers.

Key Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end integration patterns for APIs, batch, events, pipelines, FHIR/data services, tables/files and data products.
• Define source/target contracts, interface ownership, SLAs, error handling, retry/replay, idempotency and reconciliation.
• Design integrations for Patient/Person/Provider, Location, terminology and reference/mapping domains.
• Define event and publication patterns for create, update, merge, split, retirement and reference-data changes.
• Ensure downstream synchronisation is auditable and replayable and prevent point-to-point proliferation.
• Review authentication, authorisation, encryption and PHI/PII handling for integrations.
• Support integration performance testing, cutover and operational monitoring.

Required Experience & Skills

• 10+ years in enterprise integration with strong API and event experience.
• Cloud integration on GCP; experience integrating MDM outputs with downstream systems.
• Experience with Informatica MDM interfaces (BES/SIF, message queues) is a strong plus.
• Solid grasp of security, idempotency, replay and reconciliation.

Good to Have

• Healthcare interoperability (HL7 v2 / FHIR) and Epic integration.
• Apigee or another API gateway.

The pay range for this role is $160,000 - $170,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
