Integration & Test Engineer (Systems) – Advanced Communications Program

What You’ll Do
  • Design and manage system‑level test environments and architectures
  • Develop and maintain requirements, verification matrices, and documentation
  • Lead test setup, configuration, execution, and troubleshooting
  • Conduct functional, performance, environmental (thermal/vibration), and end‑to‑end system tests
  • Analyze data, identify root causes, and refine procedures to improve product maturity
  • Direct and mentor lab engineers and technicians during integration and testing
  • Track progress against milestones and ensure test completion aligned with program goals
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Systems, Aerospace, or Computer Engineering (or related field)
  • 3–8+ years of systems engineering or integration & test experience
  • Strong understanding of RF systems, network systems, and cryptographic hardware
  • Proven ability to perform environmental and functional verification testing
  • Hands‑on experience developing test plans, block diagrams, ICDs, and verification reports
  • Excellent analytical and documentation skills with the ability to work independently
  • Experience leading cross‑functional test teams or directing lab staff
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting large‑scale satellite or RF ground systems
  • Familiarity with high‑reliability aerospace or defense product testing
  • Knowledge of test automation, scripting, or data‑driven test environments
