Job summary

ActiveSoft, Inc. is expanding its outpatient psychiatry and therapy services in Edwardsville, IL. We seek a licensed therapist to anchor the therapy side of the practice and build a coordinated-care model with our psychiatric team.

You will work alongside our psychiatric providers, delivering outpatient individual therapy to adults and potentially adolescents, with documentation in an EHR and strong collaboration across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois license as LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT.
• Experience providing outpatient individual therapy to adults (adolescent experience a plus).
• Experience with mood, anxiety, and trauma-related conditions; comfort collaborating with medical providers and documenting in an EHR.

Responsibilities

• Anchor the therapy side of the practice and develop a coordinated-care model with psychiatry under one roof.
• Collaborate directly with psychiatric providers and document in the EHR.
