Job summary

ArchKey Solutions is seeking a Systems Specialist to design, pre-plan, program, commission and train on integrated electrical, audiovisual, access control and security systems. This role supports clients with technical research, problem-solving and documented results in line with company policies.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in system design/installation, knowledge of data networking, and certifications such as CCNA, Network+ or BICSI preferred. Travel to multiple offices may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent IT-related experience; Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum 3 years designing and implementing installed systems with programming & commissioning.
• Knowledge of data networking and security system components.
• Experience with listed platform certifications or similar systems is preferred.
• LEAN methodologies and strong organizational abilities are expected.

Responsibilities

• Design, pre-plan, program, commission and train on integrated systems.
• Provide technical support, R&D, problem-solving for client satisfaction.
• Create system documentation including drawings and installation plans.
• Perform programming of systems and verify operation per standards.
• Communicate with customers, provide remote assistance, and maintain records.
