Job summary

ArchKey Solutions seeks a Systems Specialist to design, program, commission, and train on integrated electrical, technologies, and security systems at multiple office locations, including Allentown, PA. The role emphasizes autonomous problem solving, client satisfaction, and adherence to company policies.

You will collaborate with teams, develop system documentation, and ensure installations meet current industry standards and codes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in IT, CS, or related field; bachelor’s preferred.
• 3+ years in design, programming, scheduling, and commissioning of installed systems.
• Knowledge of data networking and security systems platforms.

Responsibilities

• Designs and implements audio-visual, wireless and security systems per industry standards.
• Plans quantities, creates system drawings and pre-sale documentation.
• Performs programming and commissioning of integrated components.
• Generates testing and commissioning reports and validates performance.
• Provides remote assistance and problem-resolution support to clients.
• Applies LEAN concepts to improve operations and processes.
