Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in transportation and logistics management.
• Experience in supply chain planning, carrier management, and process optimization.
• Strong knowledge of transportation operations and ERP/TMS systems.
• Proficiency with TMS/ERP and data analysis for optimization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate collaboration with procurement, logistics, operations and suppliers to optimize supply chain processes.
• Develop and implement transportation and logistics plans to move goods efficiently.
• Oversee carrier selection, rate negotiations, and performance monitoring.
• Use data analytics to generate insights and report transportation performance.
• Mentor and guide a team of transportation and logistics professionals.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
