Job summary

Navico Group, a division of Brunswick Corporation, is seeking a team‑oriented project manager to coordinate multi‑functional teams and customers for Navico Group Connect programs. You will drive efficiency and manage time-to-market, cost, and quality, reporting to Navico offices in Menomonee Falls, WI.

The role requires 1+ year in an engineering, manufacturing or technical environment, plus familiarity with Smartsheet or similar tools.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years’ experience in an engineering, manufacturing or technical role.
  • Experience in Marine or Recreational Vehicle industry is a plus
  • Experience with Smartsheet and/or other leading project management tools is a plus
  • Experience with Oracle ERP is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Serve as single point of contact & accountability for assigned Navico Group Connect projects
  • Utilize strong decision making and leadership abilities to manage multiple projects to meet goals for time to market, product cost, and quality
  • Manage projects through the Navico Group Connect new product framework
  • Conduct regular program status reviews
  • Assist in preparation & presentation of gate reviews to Navico Group team
  • Assist in the continuous improvement of program/project mgmt. framework & development of appropriate tools for execution of this framework
  • Consolidate, report, and implement lessons learned
  • Keen awareness of customer requirements, collaborate with engineering to help facilitate process of converting product needs into design specifications and prototype
  • Support the manufacturing operations group with bringing new products to production
  • Assist the Navico Sales organization with expanding and supporting business relationships with multiple outside customers
  • Identify and resolve barriers and risks to project execution
  • Work with appropriate functions to obtain component quotes, cost estimates and manufacturing costs to support ongoing analysis. Evaluation of product costs vs targets
  • Own, prioritize, and drive timeline & project hand‑offs
  • The above job duties & responsibilities may be supplemented occasionally with other job duties and/or assignment related to career or personal development
  • Travel to customer, supplier, & partner locations may be required (<25%).

Summary

We are seeking a team-centric, motivated project manager with a passion for integrated vehicle systems. This position will drive efficiency and productivity by coordinating with multi-functional project teams and customers. The position will report to the Navico offices in Menomonee Falls, WI.
