As an Integrated Project Team Lead, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, a Project Management Specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.

On our team, you’ll execute and deliver programs in support of Hypersonic Testing systems. You’ll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You’ll help with tactical planning using resources like Microsoft Project and regular interactions with SMEs, Mission Partners, Chief Engineers, Subcontractors, Vendors, Program Management, and more.

You Have:

4+ years of experience in a project management role

2+ years of experience managing subcontractors through Statement of Work execution

Experience with planning project resources to build and manage project delivery

Experience managing highly technical mechanical, hardware or facility projects

Ability to function independently as a self-starter and manage work efficiently

Ability to manage project scope and schedule for all elements of a project

Ability to identify, manage, and communicate project risks

Ability to collaborate and communicate with program leadership and stakeholders to drive delivery of scheduled milestones

Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

Bachelor's degree in Engineering

Nice If You Have:

Experience working with suppliers and managing product delivery to a set of requirements

Experience using Microsoft Project to build and manage project delivery schedules

Knowledge of 3D CAD design software, such as SolidWorks

Ability to assist in managing the project budget for all elements of a project

Master's degree in Engineering

The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
