Insight Global is seeking an Integrated Product Team Leader in Moorpark, CA, to own multiple development and production projects and lead cross-functional teams against cost, schedule, scope, and risk commitments.

The role requires onsite work, managing several concurrent projects with short delivery cycles, and developing plans, milestones, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies for engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and finance teams.

• Support proposal development.
• Lead development-to-production transitions.

Job Description

We are looking for an Integrated Product Team Leader for an aerospace and defense manufacturer in Moorpark, California. This role will own multiple development and production projects and lead cross-functional teams against cost, schedule, scope, technical-performance, and risk commitments.

Job Logistics

• Location: Moorpark, California
• Travel: 10% may be required
• Employment Type: Direct Placement
• Work Model: Onsite
• Tools/Tech: Microsoft Project, Excel, Teams, IFS, structured execution systems, visual management, schedule management, project cost controls, and risk-management systems

The shared formal JD lists 10% travel, while the internal scorecard lists willingness to travel up to 20%. Confirm the Moorpark threshold before using travel as a hard gate.

Day to Day

Compensation

Salary: $110,000 to $150,000. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
