Insight Global is seeking an Integrated Product Team Leader in Moorpark, CA, to own multiple development and production projects and lead cross-functional teams against cost, schedule, scope, and risk commitments.

The role requires onsite work, managing several concurrent projects with short delivery cycles, and developing plans, milestones, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies for engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and finance teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Experience managing multiple projects or priorities
• Experience owning project cost, schedule, scope, and risk
• Project-budget ownership
• Cross-functional leadership without direct authority
• Risk identification and mitigation
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Ability to interpret project-performance information
• Ability to drive corrective actions
• Effective communication across functions and organizational levels
• Must be onsite in Moorpark, California

Responsabilidades

• Own full lifecycle execution of assigned projects.
• Manage several concurrent projects with shorter delivery cycles.
• Make day-to-day execution and prioritization decisions.
• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and budgets.
• Lead engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and finance.
• Resolve resource and priority conflicts across active projects.
• Make cost, schedule, and technical trade decisions.
• Establish operating cadence and visual management.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Drive cost-variance identification and corrective action.
• Provide visibility into project status, cost, schedule, and risk.
• Support proposal development.
• Lead development-to-production transitions.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and statements of work.
• Capture lessons learned and improve future execution.
