Job summary

Bully Pulpit International is seeking an Integrated Producer to bring strategy to life across corporate reputation, advocacy and public affairs campaigns. Reporting to the Head of Production, you will manage projects from kickoff to final delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and creative intent align with client goals.

With 4–7 years of production experience, you’ll collaborate with Creative, Strategy, Account, Media, and Production leadership, build production estimates, and mentor

Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of project management and production experience within an agency, production company, or in-house creative environment.
  • Experience supporting production estimates, managing project budgets, tracking financials, and coordinating with production teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience building production estimates, managing budgets, negotiating with vendors, and tracking project financials.
  • Owning and accountable to the production workflows, deliverables, post-production, and technical specifications.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across Creative, Account, Strategy, Media, and external partners.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with social-first production, AI-assisted workflows, and evolving platform formats (Reels, Shorts, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Experience with corporate reputation, advocacy, or public affairs work is a plus, but not required.
  • Portfolio or production credits are mandatory

Responsibilities

  • Own projects from kickoff through final delivery, ensuring timelines, resources, budgets, approvals, and deliverables are managed effectively while proactively identifying and resolving production challenges.
  • Follow and contribute to production processes, templates, and best practices that improve consistency and efficiency across projects.
  • Develop and support production estimates, manage budgets throughout production, monitor contingencies, and communicate scope changes proactively.
  • Coordinate with production partners, manage day-to-day communications, and support vendor management throughout the life of the project.
  • Partner closely with Creative, Strategy, Account, Media, Business Affairs, and Operations to ensure production remains aligned with creative intent, project objectives, and client expectations.
  • Help ensure deliverables meet creative, technical, legal, and brand standards.
  • Continue expanding knowledge of production technologies, AI-assisted workflows, social-first content, and emerging platforms to support evolving client needs.
  • Participate confidently in client conversations, providing production expertise, recommendations, and clear communication throughout the life of a project.

The Impact You Will Make

The Integrated Producer at BPI plays a critical role in bringing strategy to life through thoughtful planning, seamless execution, and exceptional craft. Reporting to the Head of Production, this role manages projects across integrated campaigns spanning corporate reputation, advocacy, and public affairs clients—from social-first content to broadcast-quality productions.

You’ll partner closely with Creative, Strategy, Account, Media, and Production leadership to ensure work is delivered efficiently, on budget, and at the highest creative standard.

  • Starting Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 (+ annual bonus)
  • Expectation to work from one of our offices (Chicago, DC, NYC, SF, LA) at least 3 days a week
What the Day-to-Day Looks Like
