Job summary

MHC Healthcare is seeking an Integrated Practice Manager III to join the Business Operations team at the MHC Ina facility in Tucson, AZ. This on-site leadership role oversees daily operations of large multi-service centers, driving performance and quality of care.

The IPM III will plan, implement, and evaluate healthcare delivery models, supervise staff, develop budgets, and ensure compliant operations across clinics.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• 5 years' experience in a management position.
• 5 years' experience in healthcare.
• May require Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Current Arizona driver's license with clean driving record; 39-month MVR will be run.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered if applicable and related to the job responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manages overall operations for assigned health centers and programs; ~30 staff including ~10 licensed clinicians.
• Ensures standards of patient care and regulatory compliance are met.
• Develops annual operating budgets and maintains fiscal controls.
• Maintains facility operations by enforcing policies and procedures.
• Collaborates with leadership to improve performance and patient satisfaction.
• Serves as main contact for third-party regulatory or accreditation agencies.
• Provides mentorship, training, and staff development; supports Practice Managers.
