Job summary

CODAC Health, Recovery & Wellness, Inc. is seeking an outpatient mental health professional in Tucson. This role provides individual, group, and family therapy and aftercare services to CODAC members and families, in home or community settings, under clinical supervision.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant behavioral health field.
• Two years of related experience.
• Active Associate-level licensure with AZBBHE preferred.
• Clinical Supervision Certification preferred by AZBBHE.
• Valid AZ driver's license and willingness to use a personal vehicle.
• Fingerprint clearance card required.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of DSM-IV and addiction dynamics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Performs assessment and initial diagnostic evaluation of members.
• Provides individual, group, family therapy and aftercare services.
• Offers referrals for supportive services as needed.
• Collaborates with recovery teams and medical staff to promote recovery.
• Maintains accurate, timely documentation and records.
• Interfaces with community agency personnel per supervision directives.
• Participates in ongoing services planning and development.
• Provides clinical services in home, office, school or community settings.
