Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct therapy and ancillary groups as assigned.
• Provide assessments on assigned clients.
• Prepare timely and accurate records on patients.
• Provide individualized treatment plans and therapy services.
• Conduct educational presentations.
• Coordinate admissions with other departments.
• Attend staffing presentations for treatment planning.
• Conduct utilization reviews on IOP clients.
