Job summary

Lifestyle Healthcare PLLC in South Richland, WA is seeking a Doctor of Chiropractic to join our integrated musculoskeletal practice. You will work alongside PTs, massage therapists, acupuncturists, and an ARNP, sharing a coordinated plan for complex cases and a genuine co-management approach.

We offer strong administrative support, documented workflows, and a supportive mentorship structure as you build a lasting practice in a growing Tri-Cities community.

Qualifications

• Requires WA chiropractic license or eligibility and NPI.
• Familiarity with L&I/Medicare/major payers for credentialing.
• Strong documentation and communication with co-treating providers.

Responsibilities

• Co-manage cases with PT, massage, acupuncture, and ARNP.
• Document thoroughly to support medical necessity and outcomes.
• Participate in weekly team case review.
• Build a practice in a multi-disciplinary musculoskeletal setting.
