Qualifications

Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) from a CCE-accredited institution.
Active Washington State chiropractic license, or license-eligible with board exams scheduled.
Current NPI, or ability to obtain prior to start date.
Credentialing with Washington L&I is a must, Medicare, and major commercial payers.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Clean licensure and malpractice history.

Responsibilities

Same-day chart closure and documentation that supports medical necessity.
Willingness to co-manage cases with PT, massage, acupuncture, and medical providers rather than treat in isolation.
Clear treatment‑plan communication with patients and referring providers.
Participation in weekly team case review.
