Sea Mar Community Health Centers seeks an Integrated Mental Health Therapist II to provide diagnostic assessments, referrals for psychiatric services, and case management within a medical setting. The role collaborates with the Clinical Care Team to address mental health and behavioral health needs across adults, children, and families.

Qualifikationen

• Must have a Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or social work.
• Must meet criteria of Mental Health Professional (MHP).
• Must hold and maintain an active Washington State Agency Affiliated Counselor License or mental health Associate License.
• Experience working with underserved populations and inter-disciplinary care teams.

Aufgaben

• Provide diagnostic assessments for adults and children and coordinate care with the Clinical Care Team.
• Deliver brief individual counseling and crisis stabilization as needed.
• Monitor medications and provide feedback to psychiatrists.
• Coordinate referrals to psychiatric services and follow-up.
• Document encounters in the electronic health record within 24 hours.
