Job summary

CACI is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler to support an Army Product Manager at Fort Belvoir, VA. The role involves developing, integrating, and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules that connect defense milestones, vendor deliverables, hardware production, and platform integration.

The position requires an active Secret clearance, a Bachelor's degree, and 5+ years of scheduling experience with proficiency in MS Project. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of scheduling/project controls experience.
• Experience with integrated master schedules in defense or similar complex programs.
• Ability to forecast production impacts and provide options.

Responsibilities

• Develop, baseline, and maintain program and portfolio-level Integrated Master Schedules.
• Integrate lower-tier schedules from vendors into a single networked IMS.
• Forecast production shortfalls and quantify schedule impact.
• Coordinate across engineering, production, purchasing/contracts, logistics, and PM to align demand and delivery.
• Prepare briefings, dashboards, and recommendations for leadership and stakeholders.
• Maintain configuration control of the schedule baseline.
