The Project Manager is the operational owner of assigned client work, responsible for keeping projects moving with clarity, accountability, and urgency from kickoff through delivery.

The role requires someone who can see the status of every project at all times, communicates priorities to teams, manages timelines and dependencies, and proactively addresses risks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience within an advertising, marketing, creative, or digital agency.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the work: maintain current understanding of status, timeline, priorities, risks, and next steps for every assigned project.
• Drive communication and accountability across Account, Creative, Strategy, Development, and other stakeholders.
• Manage resources and project health: forecast, staffing needs, and monitor budgets and scope.
