Integrated Marketing Manager, DashPass Retention

About The Team

DoorDash’s mission is to grow and empower local economies by building last-mile delivery technology that connects communities with local businesses. We seek an experienced marketer to sit at the intersection of growth, brand, and operations, to craft integrated marketing strategies for DashPass members.

About The Role

You will lead initiatives to engage and upgrade DashPass members, focusing on retention and delivering value. Responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the liaison between marketing, operations, product, finance, and analytics teams to execute marketing campaigns.
  • Identifying opportunities to increase subscriber retention and add value for members.
  • Creating and streamlining processes for retention initiatives.
  • Implementing best practices for launches, seasonal campaigns, and more.
  • Setting quarterly goals and KPIs, and establishing reporting mechanisms.
  • Driving cross-functional meetings and managing project timelines.
  • Establishing reporting routines and action plans to grow subscriptions and reduce churn.
  • Partnering with insights teams to identify gaps and create testing plans.
  • Developing messaging frameworks for lifecycle audiences and testing value propositions.
  • Identifying resource needs and collaborating to address them.
You Have

We’re looking for candidates with:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years in consumer marketing.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles across the funnel.
  • Proactive, dependable, and able to multitask.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects.
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking with data-driven insights.
  • Creative, collaborative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven success in driving business through marketing.
