We’re looking for an awesome Integrated Marketing & Product Marketing Manager to bring structure and momentum to our go-to-market campaigns. This role bridges creative, product, and growth — ensuring we launch effectively across all channels. You’ll manage marketing calendars, execute major promotions and marketing moments, coordinate agencies, support creative content strategies for our performance marketing channels, package creative for delivery, and help turn insights into action. You’ll work closely with our paid, retention, and brand teams to keep projects on track and stories aligned.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead project management for product launches and marketing moments (ex. promotions), ensuring timelines, briefs, and deliverables stay on track across paid, organic, email, and web.
  • Partner with our paid media agency to align on creative strategy, manage asset delivery, and participate in weekly content reviews.
  • Partner with our creative agency to direct, project manage, and approve performance marketing creative. Includes: briefing, concepting, and copywriting for all performance marketing channels.
  • Package and deliver creative content to performance partners using our content workflow and line item system
  • Lead marketing calendar updates for launches, promos, and seasonal events across teams
  • Serve as the day-to-day lead for external agency partners (creative and media), maintaining smooth communications and deadlines
  • Support marketing event execution, including logistics, internal coordination, and post-event wrap-ups
  • Manage email and SMS campaign timelines in partnership with the retention team, ensuring proper creative slicing and feedback loops
  • Collaborate with ecommerce and design teams to manage website content updates and ensure alignment with product launches
  • Join weekly performance syncs to help connect marketing creative to campaign results, channel insights, and future planning

Requirements:

  • 3 years+ of experience in integrated marketing, campaign planning, or project management at a consumer or DTC brand
  • Clear communicator who can align stakeholders and keep moving pieces organized
  • Experienced working with creative teams and external partners like media or production agencies
  • Experience with performance marketing creative strategy, paid media workflows, content planning, and performance feedback cycles
  • Creative and analytical — equally comfortable brainstorming new campaign ideas and translating performance data into strategic insights
  • Thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments with a bias for testing, iterating, and driving performance
  • Understands how to tailor creative for different channels — from Meta and TikTok to YouTube and Pinterest — and stays up to date on platform best practices
  • Highly process-oriented with strong project management skills — able to juggle multiple timelines, teams, and deliverables without dropping the ball
  • Must be able to commute to our office in Manhattan, New York.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with lifestyle and fashion DTC brands.
  • Intermediate video editing skills or familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite.
  • Tuned into culture and consumer behavior — bringing a sharp eye for emerging trends, formats, and moments worth jumping on
  • Flexible, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excited to play a cross-functional role with influence across product, growth, creative, and brand

Expected Salary Range: $70,000-90,000
