This role is equal parts strategy and execution, perfect for someone who thrives managing multiple projects, timelines, and partners in a dynamic and culturally relevant space. What You'll Do:

  • Lead cross-functional marketing projects: seasonal campaigns, brand launches, social rollouts, and more
  • Manage agencies (creative + social), ensuring timelines, deliverables, and budgets are on track
  • Own internal marketing workflows—keeping things moving across U.S. and international teams
  • Track performance data and translate insights into strategic adjustments
  • Serve as the main contact for media partners, ambassadors, and external collaborators
  • Be the engine that keeps campaigns running smoothly and efficiently

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–5+ years in marketing project management, preferably in CPG or alcohol beverage
  • Experience managing creative or agency partners
  • A “do-er” mindset—someone who’s comfortable building decks, coordinating details, and driving execution
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Monday.com, Asana, or similar tools
  • Culture-savvy with experience in fast-paced, brand-driven environments

Compensation:

  • Base: $80K–$95K
  • Bonus: 20%
