Integrated Management System Specialist
MTU Maintenance Dallas Inc., a leading aircraft engine maintenance and repair company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Integrated Management System Specialist for its quality department. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and adapting the integrated management system, modelling processes and ensure compliance of the IMS.
YOUR TASKS
- Analysing of all relevant customer, authorities and legal requirements with impact to the quality management of MTU Dallas
- Maintaining and adapting the quality management system according to existing requirements, i.e. authorities, customer, ISO/AS standards, MTU corporate;
- Process mapping, analysis and modelling of all MTU Dallas internal processes and documents, including support of process and interface optimizations initiated by departments
- Ensuring of compliance and ongoing development of the MTU integrated management system.
- Support in the preparation of the monthly IMS report in consultation with the management system responsible as part of the management review
- Coordination of the local MTU Dallas management system with the quality management system of other MTU Maintenance locations and standards;
- Supporting the development and implementation of MTU's quality management in the context of external and internal requirements
- Selection of suitable quality management methods for the optimal evaluation, support, validation or improvement of technical and organizational processes;
- Independent planning and execution of demand-oriented training and qualification measures
- Independent execution of projects in the subject area represented by him/her;
- Representation of organizational interests or MTU Dallas in internal and external projects, working groups and committees
YOUR PROFILE

Education and Experience
- University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Information Management, Document Management (or comparable degree)
- Several years of professional experience in quality management, process management or similar
- Relevant experience in maintaining an integrated management system
- Training as a quality representative or quality management representative, through externally recognized courses in accordance with standards such as AS9001, AS9100, ASA-100, etc.
