You'll also support the administration of QHSE platforms, customer compliance portals, controlled documentation, audit programs, training records, and performance reporting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building organized systems, improving processes, supporting compliance, and helping teams work more effectively.

  • Maintain modules for document control, audits, incidents, risks, corrective actions, training, compliance, and performance reporting.
  • Manage system users, permissions, workflows, master data, dashboards, forms, and reports.
  • Coordinate with IT teams and software vendors to resolve support issues, implement enhancements, and improve system integrations.
  • Support system configuration, testing, implementation, migration, and adoption activities when new modules or platforms are introduced.
  • Maintain data quality, naming conventions, metadata standards, version control, and consistent system records.
