Collins Aerospace, an RTX company, seeks an Integrated Logistics Support Manager to lead the ILS team on development and sustainment programs in a DoD context.

You will drive proposal activities, influence design for supportability early in development, and coordinate with engineering and PM teams to solve logistics challenges for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in Logistics Engineering disciplines.
• Proposal Lead / IPT Lead experience.
• Detailed knowledge of ILS concepts: Logistics Support, Technical Manual/Training Material Development, Reliability/Maintainability, FRACA, Safety/Human Factors Engineering.
• Typically requires STEM degree and 10+ years of experience or Advanced Degree with 7+ years.

What You Will Do

• Manage and lead Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) team for programs in both development and sustainment
• Lead proposal activities, both cost and technical volumes, for ILS content
• Work with teams to provide design influence for supportability early in development
• Work with other Engineering disciplines and Program Management to solve logistics related technical problems

• Review program and customer requirements and identify additional areas where team can support customer goals

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience

• Experience in Depot standup, Inventory Control Points, Technical Manual, Provisioning, and Computer Based Training (CBT) development
• Certifications for Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and Basis of Estimate (BOE) development

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
