Job summary

Leonardo DRS Land Systems in Bridgeton, MO is seeking a full-time Integrated Logistics Support Manager. This role leads a team of logisticians, trainers, technical writers, and field personnel to support multiple military programs, with an option for in-person or hybrid work.

You will oversee all logistics activities, from budget and schedule to compliance, while coordinating spares, technical data, training, and modification programs.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain within a reasonable time.
• Bachelor's degree in science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in logistics support.
• Experience leading a team.
• Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel up to 20% (CONUS/OCONUS).

Responsibilities

• Lead all project logistics efforts including budget, cost, schedule and performance.
• Manage Logistics Engineers, Trainers, Technical Publication Writers, and Field Support.
• Forecast workloads, budgets and tasks for the project team.
• Ensure compliance with customer logistics requirements.
• Coordinate spares, data, test equipment, training, modifications, and provisioning.
• Mentor less experienced logisticians and participate in meetings.
• Present logistics topics to diverse audiences.
