Role Overview: The Strategic Client Management (SCM) team, within Integrated Firm Management (IFM), identifies and facilitates cross-selling opportunities across our divisions. SCM focuses on sourcing transactions from Financial Advisors for execution in Investment Banking, Sales and Trading, and Investment Management, as well as increasing client assets in Wealth Management by leveraging existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Management: Act as the primary liaison between financial advisors, investment bankers, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment of goals.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Facilitate cross-divisional collaboration, interfacing with investment bankers, financial advisors, management, and clients to introduce firm capabilities.
  • Project Management: Lead and support projects aimed at operational efficiency, client engagement, and business outcomes.
  • Client Advocacy: Represent client needs internally, ensuring accessible services across the firm.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze client data for trends and opportunities, prepare reports for senior management, and maintain relevant databases.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree plus 1-3 years of industry experience, with understanding of Investment Banking and Wealth Management products and services.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter capable of working independently and learning quickly.
  • Attention to detail with excellent communication skills.
  • Team-oriented with professionalism and interpersonal skills.
  • High energy, results-oriented, able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses required.
