• Strong facilitation skills with experience leading requirements-gathering sessions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; a Master's degree is strongly preferred
• Experience in business analysis techniques such as documentation and process modeling
• Familiarity with IES functionality and enhancements
