Job summary

Liberty Resources in Syracuse, NY is seeking a Support Services Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of Targeted Case Management, Peer Support, Skill Building and Same Day Access in our integrated health care clinic.

You will provide leadership and supervision, coordinate non-clinical services with clinical teams, ensure timely access to care, monitor quality and regulatory compliance, and participate in staff development and recruitment activities. Salary is $70,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Qualified Health Professional (QHP) or CASAC; PSP eligible.
• Minimum two years in behavioral health or related field.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating day-to-day operations.
• Valid driver's license and use of a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, supervision, coaching, and professional development for staff.
• Oversee SDA operations and patient access continuum, including intake and scheduling.
• Monitor productivity, quality, compliance, documentation, and patient experience metrics.
• Collaborate with clinical teams and community partners to coordinate care.
• Evaluate workflows, implement process improvements, and support QA initiatives.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, trainings, and required leadership activities.
