Qualifications

• Experience assisting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Strong understanding of trauma-informed care.
• Ability to coordinate services for clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered support for individuals with IDD.
• Coordinate services addressing behavioral health needs.
• Focus on improving functioning across life domains.

Skills

Experience working with mental health conditions

Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid, CPR certification

Transport clients as needed

Pass certification training for physical intervention

Valid driver's license and insurable record

Education

Licensed through the State of Ohio as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW)
