Job summary

Cengage Group is seeking a Campaign Execution Project Manager in the United States to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated campaigns, ensuring on-time delivery, budget alignment, and customer-journey relevance.

In this role you will collaborate with content, creative, web, media, and events teams, leveraging Workfront to optimize processes and outcomes. A BA/BS and 5+ years PM experience are preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience with a strong track record.
• Proficiency in Workfront or a similar project management tool.
• Outstanding communication skills for interacting with both internal and external collaborators.
• Strong problem-solving, project management, and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring efficiency and alignment between marketing partners and functional team areas.
• Work with Marketing Team members to understand and act on integrated campaign plans that improve conversion rates and business outcomes.
• Collaborate and prioritize work across content, creative, web, media, and events to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
• Apply Workfront to further seamless cooperation and collaboration.
• Reflect on process improvements and develop new strategies to boost workflow efficiency and productivity.
• Balance a robust project portfolio while maintaining high-performance standards.
