Compass Health Network in Missouri is seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist to join a collaborative, integrated care team. You’ll provide individual, family, and group therapy, develop treatment plans, and participate in ongoing supervision and training to support growth and stability.

Formación

• DSM-5 knowledge required.
• Master's degree in counseling, social work or psychology required.
• Missouri license (PLPC/LPC/LMSW/LCSW/LMFT/PMFT) required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy as appropriate.
• Develop treatment plans and document progress per guidelines.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings for integrated care.
• Use DSM-5 criteria for diagnosis and planning.
• Refer clients to internal/external resources as needed.
• Engage in ongoing clinical training and supervision.
• Maintain compliance with documentation standards.
• Attend staff huddles and case consultations.
• Work Monday–Friday with no weekends.
