Job summary

International Community Health Services (ICHS) seeks a Behavioral Health Specialist to deliver integrated behavioral health care within a primary care setting. You will be part of a collaborative care team focused on improving emotional, mental, and behavioral health within established guidelines and practices.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in mental health field and an active license to practice.
• Associate license (LMHCA/LMFTA/LSWAIC) required or preferred.
• Experience with co-occurring mental health and/or substance use disorders.
• One year in multicultural health care with bilingual/bicultural patients preferred.
• Experience with motivational interviewing recommended.

Responsibilities

• Provide integrated behavioral health care within a primary care setting.
• Collaborate with the care team including PCP, behavioral health provider, and psychiatrist.
• Follow established guidelines and workflows; meet performance expectations.
