Qualifications

• Minimum two years of behavioral health experience

Responsibilities

• Provide screening, assessments, and focused brief treatment to patients
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy
• Provide curbside consultation to providers and link patients to services
• Participate in population health activities and integrated care with medical providers
